Shipping Policy:
Most items listed on the website are available from inventory and will ship the same day or the following day if courier pick up has already been made. Should seed be out of stock or delayed we will contact you.

FedEx and UPS shipments are sent out on our daily scheduled pick up at 5.00pm. Tracking details will be forwarded to your inbox automatically as soon as seeds are shipped.  Seed sent via FedEx or UPS is fully insured against loss or damage in transit and full tracking details are available.

US Mail shipments are sent to the post office by 2.00pm, orders after this time will reach the post office by 6.00pm, but ship the following day. Tracking details are available but much less detailed than courier service tracking updates.

International shipments:

Documentation is usually required for International shipments i.e. Seed that is not shipped within the USA.
We are experienced in export shipments and will ship seeds overseas, where our distributor agreements allow.
While individual countries have differing import regulations, most countries require that a Phytosanitary certificate is sent with any seed shipment in order to clear customs in the recipient country. This can only be issued before the seeds is shipped and you should allow 24-48 hours for documentation to be completed. It cannot be supplied after seed ships.

Documentation costs will be advised prior to seed shipping - cost for Phytosanitary Certificates is additional to seed prices.
International customers may be asked to provide an Import Permit - in some instances this is required in order to obtain a Phytosanitary Certificate. Import Permits are relatively straight forward to obtain and your local Agriculture department will provide details on the procedures to obtain an Import Permit.

Seed sent without this documentation is subject to confiscation by the customs services and Paramount Seeds is not liable for confiscated seed.
